How To Set The Water Level For An LG Washer
LG washing machines are equipped with a water-level setting so you can adjust the amount of water used to fill the tub before the start of each cycle. This is an efficient and money-saving feature, since it allows you to reduce the amount of water for cleaning smaller laundry loads. The push-button feature changes the water-level setting in seconds.
Step 1
Raise the lid on the LG washer and fill the tub with dirty laundry, no higher than the top row of holes in the tub. Close the lid.
Step 2
Dial the cycle selector knob clockwise to the desired washing cycle. Stop when the arrow on the knob points to the chosen cycle.
Step 3
Press one of the water-level buttons that corresponds to the level of dirty clothes in the tub. The water level settings are "Low," "Medium," "High," and "Extra High."
Step 4
Press the desired water temperature button and press the "Start" button to begin washing the load of clothes.
