Things Needed

  • 1 can of beer

  • 1 cup of Epsom salts

  • 1/4 cup of ammonia

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 small container

This home made palm tree fertilizer will greatly enhance the beauty and growth rate of palms in your landscape. Step 1

Mix the following ingredients in a small container: 1/2 can of beer (refresh yourself with the other half) 1 cup of Epsom salts 1/4 cup of ammonia 1 cup of water

Mix thoroughly to dissolve the Epsom salts prior to use

Step 2

Add 1 ounce of this mixture per gallon of water. Apply 1 gallon of the fertilizer to each palm tree every 2 weeks.

Refrigerate any of the unused fertilizer for future use.
